I was lied to!! I was charged $40 more the second time I had my haircut with them. They told me I paid the same amount the first time. I would have remembered such a cost difference. Needless to say, I will not be back. If they are lying to me about prices what else are they lying about? I am a good customer and was with my last place for 12 years until I moved. I was looking for a new place to get my haircut. Although the sylist, Jane, did a decent job cutting my hair, I will not be back simply because I was lied to! I complained to a woman that I had recently met about my experience, she told me that happened to her as well!!!

The hairstylist I had did not 'trim' my hair. She cut off many inches. My hair was uneven in the back and it was the worst hair cut I've ever had.

I live in Charlottesville, VA and drive to see George for my haircut. I have been seeing him for almost 10 years. Even when I lived in North Carolina, I would drive to see him. Jane and George are the best. It is so nice to just relax and know that they are taking care of me. They are the best and I love seeing them every 6 weeks!!! Anita N

Best Deep Tissue massage east of the the Mississippi!!! I have had a couple of massages with Unique U and every masseuse is incredible!

I have been going to Jane at Unique U for haircuts for some time. I do not live in the Virginia area but when I travel I arrange to fly through DCA so I can drive down for a haircut. It is definitely worth it! When I tell my friends where I go to get my haircut they agree that the results are worth the trip.

Michella did a spa mani-pedi for me. she doe a wonderful job! I love the massage that she gave, it was heavenly. What a sweet girl.... I'm planing to schedule a facial appointment with her soon :)

This place is very relaxing, clean, and pleasant. Ina gave me European facial, and Tenzin gave nice manicure. Definitely will come back.

I've been going to this salon/spa for years. It's the only spa that I've seen that is truely professional and what a spa SHOULD be, in the NoVa, D.C. area. It's relaxing, friendly and very professional. George does a fantastic job and I always get compliments on my hair. Only thing I would say that I wish was changed is that they used Dermologica again instead of the two new skin care lines. They are too expensive and I don't like the quality. I HIGHLY recommend this salon/spa if your looking for a true spa experience!

I have been coming to Unique U Day Spa since the first day it opened (it used to be Cahra, which is where I had my appt that first appt) and I have loved it ever since. Jane and George offer a great service and they are always friendly and professional. The service at the salon is relaxing and superior to many salons in the area. I always leave feeling satisfied with my cut and color. People ask me about my hair and where I get it done all the time too. I highly recommend Unique U.
